We worked alongside design & build firm Zentura to fit out the new London headquarters, supplying and installing a complete furniture package across 4 floors. This innovative and cutting-edge space includes a designated coffee shop, hidden club lounge, London style phone booths and a replica Underground tube carriage meeting room!

The Project
Alteryx had outgrown their existing workspace and had acquired two more floors in their offices located off City Road in London's high-tech Silicon Roundabout. They wanted to create an eye-catching space that would allow them to attract and retain talent, as well as a space they could use to showcase their brand.
We worked alongside Zentura to specify the furniture package, including bespoke furniture to fit in with the design brief. Key to the project was a tight delivery timeframe, meaning we had to work closely with the client, the Zentura design team and our suppliers to hit critical deadlines to enable the project to run on schedule.
Alteryx approached us with a clear vision: they wanted their London office to serve multiple purposes. It needed to be a collaborative space for their London-based team, a showcase area where they could host clients, and a hub for their international team when visiting the UK. The design needed to reflect Alteryx’s global brand while embracing a distinctly London theme, ensuring the space felt authentic and welcoming.
To bring their vision to life, we delivered a comprehensive furniture package tailored to their needs. This included open-plan office desking and seating to foster collaboration, training and meeting furniture for flexible working and knowledge sharing, breakout and collaboration furniture to encourage informal interaction, meeting and phone booths for privacy and focus, and unique bespoke pieces that brought the London theme to life.
One of the standout aspects of this project was Alteryx’s desire to incorporate local elements that celebrated the essence of London. To achieve this, we worked with a specialist design company to create a Northern Line tube carriage replica, built entirely from scratch using timber stud and plasterboard.
Authentic parts sourced from old tube carriages added a genuine touch to this incredible feature. A striking Corian reception desk greeted visitors, with the iconic London Underground sign behind it, featuring Alteryx’s name in true London style. Red London phone boxes were transformed into functional phone booths, with one cleverly doubling as a secret door leading to the breakout space. These elements reinforced the London theme and helped the local team feel at home while creating a memorable experience for visitors.
For extra functionality, we added Hush acoustic meeting pods to provide areas where team members could take calls or video meetings without disruptions from the main office area. These pods ensured that employees had the privacy and quiet space they needed to focus and communicate effectively.
The Alteryx London office spanned four floors, presenting a unique challenge: how could we ensure the team stayed connected and engaged across the space? Our solution was to design a central breakout and T-point area on one floor. This space became a natural gathering point, encouraging employees to mix, collaborate, and recharge, fostering a strong sense of community.
The completed project is a testament to what can be achieved through thoughtful design and collaboration. Alteryx now has a workspace that reflects their brand identity while celebrating the local culture, encourages collaboration across teams and fosters meaningful interactions, and impresses clients with its unique design and functional layout. We’re proud to have delivered a space that Alteryx’s team is proud to show off and supports their growing team’s needs.
